In the information age, misinformation and fake news using various technology tools and techniques have become rampant. This is done to use the name and credibility of an individual or an organization to deceive and exploit the gullible population. While it is near impossible and beyond the control of ShariahCap Advisors to keep a track of what floats around on the internet and social media in its name, but we can try our best through our communication to reduce/eliminate the chances of any misuse.

As a matter of policy, ShariahCap Advisors will upload all certificates of Shariah compliance that it issues to save itself as well the public and business organisations from being exploited in its name with fake certificates. Our website will not only display the name of the organization to whom the certificate is issued but also its contents along with its validity period, identification number and the Shariah scholars/members who have signed it.

Please note that apart from the certificates uploaded on its website, any other certificate claiming Shariah-compliance issued by ShariahCap Advisors or its Partners/Associates is fake and misleading and we strongly urge you to bring it to our notice at the earliest so that necessary action can be initiated under requisites sections of the law.
